WEBI have all my blades up to S+, ideas up, hidden affinity charts, all the right equipment, but i still get destroyed by the 5 star challenges on BOC every time. I am still bad at this game after 650 hours apparently. I believe grinding chickenheart challenge with fiora/Rex is one is the fastest way I have found.

WEBxenoblade 1's sidequests are more generic than xenoblade 2's imo, so casual mode makes the grind more bareable. especially since a lot of early game levelling is highly reliant on side quests. I played on casual mode. There was still some grinding near the end, but not nearly as much if you played on regular mode.
