WEBIt is for personal use. I got mine used on craigslist for ~450(2yrs ago). You might have good luck waiting on finding one for sale second hand, just look for any x2 mini mill (harbor freight, little machine shop, klutch, grizzly i think too have the same thing with different paint). Is jumping straight to CNC the best route? hard to say.
