WEBYup! James is a genius with that tip. Not to mention use a sieve to sift the ground in the step before if you wanna save some time and have an even better end result. I have the Baratza Sette 270 as my only grinder. It's an espresso grinder, and it's amazing for that, but will always have a lot of fines at larger grinds.
